The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is a powerful technique that helps access implicit knowledge of individuals and teams and unleashes creative energies many forgot they have. LEGO bricks are used as a medium to build and express complex ideas through storytelling and metaphors. They create a level playing field where participants feel free to share personal thoughts and concerns.
Our meetup provides a fun and hands-on introduction to the method. We will cover little theory, and then deep-dive into the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® experience starting with some basic exercises and ending with a model of a shared vision.
Come and play with us! Bring along your ideas, experience and questions. We’ll provide the bricks and drinks. The meeting will be facilitated by certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator Evelyn Wolf and hosted by Zalando, Dortmund.
